About Karen

Color is the word that comes to mind when you look at Karen’s artwork. It is the driving force and the binding element to her painting no matter if it is watercolor, acrylics, oils or any combination of mediums or subjects.

She began her career in 1979 and traveled and participated in art shows all over the western states for years. Her artwork continues to be a collectable commodity.

She now lives and operates a gallery at the base of Mount Rainier in Graham Washington. Promoter, artist, teacher, wife, mother and grandmother are all words to describe Karen.

“I could not ask for a better art teacher than Karen! Karen can teach anyone to paint and she is so patient, no matter your skill level. She’s the best!”
